Abstract


Public employment service and social insurance files is an important part of people’s livelihood files, which affects the accurate records of labor rights and their ability to enjoy public employment services, social insurance benefits and other vital interests. Therefore, human resources and social security departments should vigorously ensure that this type of file livelihood is security, integrity, better preservation of various types of worker’s rights and interests of records, protection and realization of the rights and interests of the people.Electronic records management information system is a management information systems which is for the efficient, safe and convenient use of workers file, with advanced technological information for workers of various types of electronic files. It improve the file’s efficiency and reduce the operational handling personnel workload. This article strictly comply with national human resources, social security regulations and management practices, after analysising of human resources and social security needs of the industry actual daily operations and business processes and combined with the advanced ideas of software engineering,then it design and implement a Records management services for information systems.First, the article is background on discussing human resources and social protection in electronic records of management information system project and the problems that faced on my design, then analysis the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Based on the needs of analysis, I had a electronic records management system architecture design. Second,it carry out a detailed design of electronic records management system, which is designed by the part of the difference between management and integration in accordance with the idea to design systems management,with describing the design of each module. Finally, the article simply analysis the system oftesting,stress and give a detailed analysis of testing environment.
