Abstract

The the caudate lobe Isodon (Isodon excia (Maxin.) Hara) Lamiaceae (Labiatae) Isodon species, also known as turtle grass leaves, the dog days of grass, wild Suzi, mainly produced in China's Jilin, Liaoning, Henan and other places. In recent years, it is still in the initial stage of the caudate lobe Isodon chemical constituents and pharmacological activities. So far, were separated from caudate lobe Isodon is a 34 diterpenoids. In addition to the diterpenoids, it also contains ursolic acid, daucosterol, licorice glycosides diterpenoid components and volatile oil components, as well as some trace elements. For the caudate lobe Isodon the pharmacological activity, seven areas, namely: anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-viral, immune regulation, anti-oxidation and cardiovascular. On previous research, taking into account the different parts of the same plant secondary metabolites may differ, so this article is taken from the Changbai Mountain area caudate lobe Isodon of a systematic study. The use of ultrasound-assisted solvent extraction method caudate lobe Isodon, dry leaves, crude extracts from the application of liquid-liquid extraction, the MCI chromatography column bleaching - reverse phase silica gel chromatography column chromatography Cross and HPLC purified preparation and other means to obtain a monomer compound (14). Mass spectrometry, one-dimensional and two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and spectral analysis method to determine the structure of the five compounds, respectively rose acid, Sichuan-Tibet Isodon a prime 1 - hydroxy pinoresinol, coffee acid methyl ester and blue calyx Hong The tea menu A prime, 1 - hydroxy pinoresinol spatial structure has not yet been determined. These compounds are the first time from the caudate lobe Isodon in isolated. The rest of the compound needs to be further identified. The this study pharmacological studies on the caudate lobe Isodon the two aspects, namely DPPH radical scavenging activity and tyrosinase inhibitory activity. Activity experiments, the results show that the most of the components of the DPPH radical scavenging activity of more than 90%, wherein there are 14 components of the inhibition rate reached 100% for all column chromatography component and a monomer compound: and one-third of the components of a strong tyrosinase inhibitory activity, which the component IE1f2c5 and components IE1e2b, inhibition rate reached 89.7%. Component IE2, IE3, IE1f10 IE1f2c5 and IE1e2b the two active strong inhibition rate of 80%. Separation of Compound 14 obtained by the activity of the guide, the compound 9 and compound 12 has a strong DPPH free radical activity, the inhibition rates were 95.4%, 90.1%, and its IC5o values ??were 0.01,29.87. Compound 8 and compound 10 on tyrosinase inhibitory activity is better, the inhibition rates were 51.5%, 55.0%. The antioxidant activity of the caudate lobe Isodon the still in the primary stage, tyrosinase inhibitory activity has not been reported in the literature, the research for development the caudate lobe Isodon new antioxidant drugs and tyrosinase inhibitors the basis of experimental data.
