Abstract


Hearing loss may directly affect deaf children 's cognitive thinking ability , memory capacity , and hinder their normal exchanges . The children are in a \Therefore , early detection of hearing impairment , early intervention is extremely important for the comprehensive rehabilitation of the deaf children . Early carry out hearing-impaired children is an important way of comprehensively improve the quality of the population . The Hebi deaf children language rehabilitation work since 1992 accounted for nearly 3% of the total number of hearing people with disabilities , by wearing hearing aids and specialized rehabilitation training for deaf children . Since 2004 , the number of hearing-impaired children in the city agencies Hearing and Speech Training of growing , the increasing scale of the effect of language training has been a degree of upgrading . But there are still some rehabilitation needs of deaf children are not receiving rehabilitation training to enter the language training institutes , and accept the effect of rehabilitation services for the rehabilitation of the deaf children needs further research , rehabilitation resources are fully and efficiently utilize are hearing-impaired children in Hebi the work of important issues . Comprehensive analysis and in-depth study on the status quo of hearing-impaired children in Hebi therefore necessary , to a comprehensive understanding of the status and needs of Hebi City, the rehabilitation of the deaf children , to assess the effect of rehabilitation of deaf children , and to explore the factors that affect deaf children's rehabilitation , in order for the rehabilitation resources reasonable configuration provides theoretical support , protection Hebi hearing-impaired children work smoothly . The results show that 106 cases of deaf children are mostly normal intelligence level to perceptive deafness more common , the majority belonging to the severe and very severe deafness , drug toxicity is the major cause of deafness ; institutional rehabilitation rehabilitation of deaf children Hebi ; deaf children overall rehabilitation better ; parents believe that the to wear assistive listening devices and learn to rehabilitation knowledge and methods is the key of the family Rehabilitation ; language and hearing rehabilitation is the focus of most of the parents ; 71.2% of parents believe that deaf children in the critical period of language development in 3 to 5 years of age , there is a certain misunderstanding ; 65.1% of the parents insisted that their children do regular training , and actively participate in the hearing-impaired children ; satisfaction of parents of children rehabilitation status of 95.2% ; preferably lower levels of residual hearing , rehabilitation the better ; parents adhere to the deaf children in regular training protective factors for hearing-impaired children .
