Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, software products have become an integral part. Face the increasingly fierce competitive market, more and more enterprise needs PDM urgently to solve the current bottleneck and improve competitiveness. PDM project is a systematic project with high complexity and high-risk characteristics. Due to various constraints, the implementation status and application effect of the project PDM is rather unsatisfactory in the domestic situation. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the key success factors and the risk of the project PDM to improve its success rate.Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of PDM, the functions of PDM software and the implementation steps of project PDM, describes the project PDM risk management process, including risk identification, risk analysis, risk response and so on. Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems in the implementation process of PDM project and puts forward the key success factors.This paper focuses on the PDM project risk index system and evaluation method. Using WBS method (Work Breakdown Structure), combined with project management content to identify the project risk. Based on the identification of risk factors and the analysis of risk sources, the risks of project PDM are divided into six categories, that is, quality risk, cost risk, schedule risk, managerial risk, human resource risk and purchase risk is constructed and described. Then, the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Comprehensive Fuzzy Evaluation (CFE) are employed to evaluate the risks of project PDM, and the scale of each risk and the overall risk scale of project PDM are determined. These risks are studied according to the evaluation results, and the corresponding strategies are proposed. Finally taking the C Company PDM project as an example, thus verify the effectiveness and feasibility of risk management.
