Abstract


With upgrading of industrial structure and development of economy , the development of producer service and equipment manufacturing industry would become a mutual relationship. As a major industry, equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in economic growth in Liaoning. Producer service is the key point to accelerate industrial combination Competitive power and development of producer service predicates economic development prospect of nation. It is a principal pathway for Liaoning to improve its competitive power through this way. Since the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast china has been put into practice,economy of Liaoning has developed so fast,but producer service is also a defect of economic development. In order to make old industrial base in northeast china to grow up and stimulate economic growth, it is the only way to combine producer service with equipment manufacturing industry. How to stimulate producer service in Liaoning, which factors will impact producer service ,does the mutual promotion relationship exist between producer service and equipment manufacturing industry will be answered in the paper. It has theoretical and practical significance for producer service development and economic growth in Liaoning.The paper based on theoretical principle of producer service combining equipment manufacturing industry, using statistical data of Liaoning province from 1990 to 2009 , VEC matrix and E-G co-integration to analyze factors,the relationship between producer service and equipment manufacturing industry,which makes contributions to economic growth of Liaoning by finding out the defect and suggestion.
