Abstract

Many cancer tissue in a layered structure , and most of the cancer in the gastric mucosa. Because the diagnosis is ineffective, Gastric cancer is the second most common fatal cancer. Based on two-photon excited fluorescence and second harmonic generation of multi- photon excitation microscopy is an emerging nonlinear spectral imaging technique , which combines the two-photon excitation microscopy and spectroscopy techniques , so that it can simultaneously obtain tissue different depth images and spectral information . In this paper, first of all, through a combination of two-photon excited fluorescence imaging and second harmonic generation imaging, we observed the human gastric mucosa lamina propria . Studies have shown that a multi -photon excitation microscopy technique can effectively describe the body's normal gastric mucosa lamina propria of the microstructure. Then, the use of multi -photon excitation microscopy , we studied the body's normal and cancerous tissue of the mucous layer of the stomach and the submucosa , and the establishment of a distinction between the two layers of diagnostic features . The results show that multi- photon excitation microscopy not only the performance of normal and cancerous gastric mucosa and submucosa of the microstructure , but also to measure the two layers in the distribution and content of abnormal cells . More importantly , these results establish the clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer experimental basis . In conclusion , our study indicates that the multi -photon excitation microscopy is likely to physiological analysis of human stomach tissue and pathological diagnosis more precise and rich information . With the clinical use of miniaturized multi- photon excitation microscopy and multi-photon probe technology, our experimental results will help to achieve endoscopic technique using multi -photon early gastric cancer , in vivo and real-time diagnostics.
