Abstract


【Objective】 endoscopic sphincterotomy lithotomy (Endoscopic Sphincterotomy, EST) and subsequent laparoscopic cholecystectomy (Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, LC) is generally accepted for the treatment of gallstones and biliary stones processes , but clinical EST postoperative LC timing of surgery is still not clear , at home and abroad is rarely reported . This paper aims to study the time between EST and LC interval LC surgical results , and provide a reference for clinical surgical timing . [Methods] A retrospective analysis of 130 patients with gallstones and biliary stones information the different EST and LC interval is divided into Group A ( lt ; 3d) , B group (3 ~ 12d) and group C ( gt; 12d), the main evaluation indicators have of LC surgery and postoperative complication rate of LC transit rate and operative time . [Results] The groups in age, sex , history of previous surgery , the average postoperative hospital stay was no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05) . A group of patients , and the incidence of postoperative complications and laparotomy rate of less than B, C group ( p lt; 0.05 ) . A B group average operative time difference without statistical significance ( p gt ; 0.05 ) and shorter than the C group ( p lt ; 0.05) . [Conclusion] EST postoperative 3d expert LC has a lower incidence of complications , conversion to open rate and shorter operative time , prompted the EST after surgery 3d LC optimal timing of surgery .
