Since the American economist Joseph Pine and James H. Gilmore proposed the concept ofthe "experience economy", the experience of economic development in the rapidly beyond thepeople’s imagination. Pine that the "experience economy" is the fourth stage of the agriculturaleconomy, industrial economy, service economy, after the development of human economic life.Watch now on the market, the concept of experience economy has been widely used incommercial activities, and began to be integrated into people’s lives.Into the21st century, China’s huge consumer market potential to stimulate the kitchencabinet industry, China’s cabinet industry output, the output value increased year after year.Cabinet brands currently on the market, more and more differences in the features and services oftheir products are getting smaller and smaller, resulting in many enterprises are facing severeprice competition. How to obtain consumer preferences and how to design the consumers like thecabinet to become a top priority.In this paper, kitchen cabinet design and experience design combining design of cabinetexperience.This article itself starting from the cabinet itself and the kitchen cabinet industry, collationand analysis of existing product experience design theory, and found the kitchen cabinet design atthis stage, and then phased design kitchen cabinet design, on each stage ofquantifiable method ofoperation of different kitchen experience design:(1) The preliminary investigation stage of the survey of user needs, user interviews andquestionnaires, and also research the status quo in the existing enterprise research and analysis,and found the problem, and on this basis, I create user survey, excavation of user needs and userfindings as the basis and source of post-operation data.(2) Mid-term cabinet for the cabinet shape design stage, this stage will kansei words of thevocabulary level classification method for grading isolated to limit the vocabulary of the cabinetappearance constraints (emotional vocabulary is drawn from the early research).(3) Post-assessment phase, this phase requires the cabinet satisfaction evaluation.Becausethe user feel the existence of fuzzy, so fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess.Cabinet experience design to quantify the method of operation applied to the cabinet design,you can improve customer satisfaction, giving users a better experience of the kitchen cabinets.
