ObjectiveTo explore the application of Fast Track Surgery in Hepatolobectomy and Formulate Fast Track Surgery procedure of Hepatolobectomy.MethodsEighty-one patients performed Hepatolobectomy from January 2008 to November 2010, were randomly divided into Fast Track Surgery group (41 cases )and Ordinary treatment group (4o cases).All cases’statistics were performed using SPSS software. The main research indexs include the operation time、postoperative complications,hospital days, be in hospital costs and patients satisfaction and Postoperative liver function(GPT, ALB,TBil,Pre-ALB).ResultsOrdinary group and FTS group had no statistically significant different in the operation time ,postoperative complications, or postoperative liver function ( 1 day,GPT,ALB,TBil,Pre-ALB) ,P=0.23,0.97or0.22, 0.80,0.45, 0.07. Ordinary group and FTS group had statistically significant different in Hospital days, be in hospital costs,patients satisfaction,and postoperative liver function (3 day and 5 day) (P<0.05). ConclusionFast Track Surgery applying in Hepatolobectomy , can accelerate postoperative liver function ,reply shorten the hospital stay, reduce hospital costs, improve patient’s satisfaction. At the same time does not increase the operation time and postoperative complications. Fast Track Surgery could accelerate the recovery after Hepatolobectomy.
