Abstract


Since open and reform, with the evolvement of economy, the enhance of general power and the increase of the social members’income and living standard, people’s demand for government public service has become stronger and stronger. Accordingly price control sector also begins to transfer its functions from enforcement management to service, from punishment to humanity and further transfer its emphasis on social management and public service. During the process some urgent problems arise. Therefore the writer did some survey and research on Liaoning price service, analyzed the cause of existing problems and put forward the policies in this area.This article combines examples and regulation analysis, introduces the historical evolvement of public service for price both in Liaoning Province and in China and reflects the prevailing conditions objectively. By comparison with other provinces, the writer finds some problems in service mechanism, service styles, service contents and service effects in our province. Next the writer illustrates the influences produced by various factors such as mechanism, systems, capitals and personnel, put forward such strategies as the leadership of government, control of price sectors and cooperation of relevant departments as well as effective measures like perfection of working systems, improvement of personal qualities and insurance of capital input. These policies are based on solution to the problems in the current conditions in Liaoning public service for price and meant to provide some beneficial views on China’s price service.
