Abstract


In Chinese society and realize KuaYueXing development and rapid change at the same time, both cultural form or social form, we all pay a huge cost, especially cultural price. Historical experience full proof:no culture accumulation and sublimation, a country the development of social economy is unsustainable development. So now, most scholars and experts research hot spot and the main problem is related to social development of humanities target.This paper first to historical perspective investigation development theory, carding and the evolution process of the comments in this respect the typical development theory. Whether material polarism and rationalism development, evolution polarism, or modernization theory, there are a common problem:the connotation of humanistic value is missing.Looking beyond the development road of future human society, we must focus on the humanities and the emphasis on social development degree, solve social development value and method of unity. Specifically, the humanities development includes the following content:First of all, the humanities development is a overall concept."Person" means all, namely all members of society. Second, the social economy and wealth growth must for people’s life service, truly become expands people choose foundation. Third, the humanities development is a kind of endogenous type development, have to dig up fully, mobilization "native resources".The value of humanistic development goals include:people-oriented; Great harmony sustainable development; Fairness and justice, and individual freedom. Its value dimension is consists of purpose and main body, the development of all development center; People’s value orientation of social development foundation; The social development of the actual development status on human, the actual development status on people as the judging criterion. Building social development of humanities humanistic target evaluation system is an important part of the theory of development, and the measure and evaluation an important means of humanities development. Therefore, we should follow the comprehensive principle, combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation principles, openness. In addition, in constructing humanistic development evaluation system, still should pay attention to solve poverty problems, reduce the gap between rich and poor; Pay attention to protect the diversity of culture.
