Methods: According to the Rome III criteria and laboratory test results, collected 148 cases of chronic constipation diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor center since February 2009 - January Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Third Affiliated Hospital (Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital) platform with chronic functional constipation patients , including 50 males and 98 females, aged 17 -74 years, duration of 10.64 ± 9.522. Type of constipation: slow transit constipation in 20 cases; outlet obstruction constipation 100 cases, the defecation coordination disorder 42 cases, the defecation power less than 20 cases, defecation underpowered hybrid coordination disorder type 38 cases, 28 cases of mixed constipation; themselves unable to defecation, need to rely on drugs or methods the auxiliary 94 cases. Were treated with acupuncture combined with Moxibustion treatment lO times as a course, observed two courses. According to the patients before treatment, SCL-90 scores of HAMD, HAMA scale and specialist psychiatrist diagnosis to determine their state of mind; according to the main symptom scores before and after treatment to determine efficacy. Results: ① CFC patients SCL-90 total score, the number of positive items, somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror and psychosis factor equipartition were significantly higher than the norm of CFC patients mental state normal there are differences between; no significant difference in the efficacy of the normal group and abnormal group of 2 of CFC patients mental state; CFC in patients with depression and anxiety disorders, abnormal group 3 of CFC patients psychological state and psychological barriers to the more severe, the worse the effect; ④ whether it is a normal psychological state group or abnormal group, after treatment, SCL-90 total scores and factor score than before treatment has decreased efficacy of different total score and factor scores before and after treatment change is different. Conclusion: ① CFC psychological state of patients with abnormalities of high incidence; ② mental state is normal and abnormal CFC efficacy of acupuncture in patients with no significant difference between; ⑧ abnormal mental state CFC patients when accompanied by depression and anxiety disorders, depression, anxiety levels heavier, the worse the efficacy of acupuncture; the ④ acupuncture treatment of CFC, regardless of whether the patient is accompanied by abnormal mental state, psychological state can be adjusted with the efficacy of acupuncture.
