Abstract

Objective: To investigate breast dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI correlation between the scan and vascular endothelial growth factor and blood stasis, to patients preoperative assessment and follow-up treatment to provide a reference. Methods: Breast MRI in our hospital during the period from September 2008 to March 2011, and confirmed by pathology analysis of 33 cases of breast cancer patients. All women, aged 32-69 years old, with a median age of 51 years old. Preoperative score of all underwent blood stasis state. All cases were confirmed by surgical resection and pathologic examination confirmed. The specimens were sent to the hospital Pathology routine pathological examination, and VEGF expression in tumor tissue detected by immunohistochemistry. The cases were carried out the MRI scan checks, and the DCE-MRI examination. Application Siemens Avanto 1.5T MRI scanner, the present study was to analyze lesions enhanced after Sapporo hemodynamic characteristics, including time - signal intensity curve (TIC) and rate of early enhancement, the TIC is divided into three types: type I for incremental type: type II platform type: III-type outflow type. Workstation image analysis to observe the morphology of lesions plain dynamic enhanced scan performance, draw time - signal curves calculated enhanced after 1min enhanced rate. According to the morphological characteristics of the lesions, the rate of early enhancement, time - signal intensity curve rated law judge lesions. SPSS11.0 statistical software statistical analysis of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI scan and vascular endothelial growth factor and blood stasis whether the correlation. Results: 33 cases of breast cancer patients with VEGF positive rate and strong positive rate of mass in MRI dynamic contrast-enhanced scan more performance edge is not sharp, the lobulation and burrs, uneven internal signal; the lobulation, and burr lumps group, there edge enhancement of VEGF positive rates were higher than the burr-free mass group, no edge enhancement group; strengthen the the uneven group VEGF strong positive rate () was significantly higher than that strengthen the uniform group; TIC (Ⅰ - III) type curve group with positive rate of VEGF was positively related, but the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). V (%) per minute outflow is positively correlated with the expression of VEGF, and the difference was statistically significant ((P lt; 0.05). Breast cancer blood stasis group and the morphological appearance of non-the blood stasis levy group mass without statistical significance (P gt; 0.05 ). dynamically enhanced significantly enhanced scan BSS group and non-blood stasis the levy set of mass, blood stasis compared Chong and Ren disorders, liver depression Tanning card type comparison, the starting time or the time to peak enhance differences No statistically significant ((P gt; 0.05). Conclusions: breast dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI scan correlation with VEGF, there are certain rules to follow, of VEGF strongly positive in DCE-MRI TIC curve type III one of these laws will help guide clinical genotyping as breast cancer diagnosis and treatment reference blood stasis of breast cancer patients with MRI morphological and hemodynamic correlation analysis indicated syndromes classification and morphology No statistically significant correlation between learning and enhancement curve dynamic enhanced MRI lesions provide valuable wealth of diagnostic information to help qualitative diagnosis of lesions.
