The Clinical Study of the Treatment of Primary Acute Gouty Arthritis by Acupuncture Combine with Blood-letting and Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract


Objective: through clinical observation of the three groups of primary acute gouty arthritis patients comparing acupuncture plus Bloodletting and with heat dampness blood side, western medicine and acupuncture plus Bloodletting and the clinical effect of the treatment group, and exploring the needle thorn pricking blood with heat dampness and blood side anti-inflammatory analgesic and lower blood uric acid mechanism of action, in order to be promoted on the clinical application. Methods: 90 patients with acute gouty arthritis patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups, acupuncture group and western medicine group, and the acupuncture group therapy treatment. Acupuncture group were the acupuncture plus Bloodletting and heat dampness blood circulation side jianfu of treatment, western medicine group oral indomethacin the piece (Indocin) and allopurinol (allopurinol) therapy, acupuncture group treatment with needle acupuncture plus drug group pricking blood therapy. Observed in patients with total scores of the former general, joint swelling and pain, uric acid, and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, and integrated efficacy clinical effects of the treatment were evaluated by comparing the three groups. Results: 1 acupuncture group and western medicine group were higher than those in acupuncture group. Acupuncture and medicine group, the total effective rate of 93.3%, the western medicine total effective rate was 96.7%, the the acupuncture group total effective rate was 83.3%. Between the acupuncture group and western medicine group showed no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). Acupuncture group and western medicine group and the acupuncture group compared the efficacy showed a significant difference (P lt; 0.05). The three groups of patients after treatment than before the local symptoms, reduce joint swelling and pain scores were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Partial relief of symptoms of the the needle drug group patients than the other two groups are more obvious, better treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). The clinical efficacy of western medicine group and acupuncture group had no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). 3 three groups of patients after treatment uric acid significantly decreased significant difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Acupuncture group compared with the western medicine group, serum uric acid after treatment no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). Uric acid lowering medicine group and western medicine group better than acupuncture group, after treatment, respectively, compared with the acupuncture group, the difference was highly statistically significant (P lt; 0.01). The erythrocyte sedimentation rate after 4 three groups of patients with treatment were significantly decreased after treatment ESR difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). Three treatment method to reduce the effect of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, after treatment, the three groups showed no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Conclusion: The acupuncture group treatment of acute gouty arthritis quickly reduce uric acid, and a good role in the mitigation of the joint local symptoms, can effectively reduce the patient's pain, the treatment effect, it is appropriate clinical promotion.
