Objective: With the progress of the world's aging population, the incidence of osteoarthritis of the knee disease year by year increase in the prevalence of up to 50% of people over the age of 60, people over the age of 75 to 80% and eventually disability rate of 53%. The crowd with knee osteoarthritis was obvious inconvenience in life and work, or even seriously affect the quality of life, but clinical studies have shown that not yet have an effective and safe treatment. Therefore it is very necessary to find an effective, safe, simple treatment. Clinical comparative observation, observation of bone pain film clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods: All cases were from the Hubei Chinese medicine hospital the Orthopaedic outpatient and inpatient department, based on the inclusion criteria of the disease and exclusion criteria, select 100 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis, were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group, 50 patients.
