Abstract


The Performance Management can enhance the core competences of the enterprise and has the vital significance to one enterprise’s continual development. The Sichuan Zhitong Medicine Co.,Ltd., now facing the dual pressure from the serious competition in the market and from high staff withdrawal rate, low morale and low work efficiency in its interior Logistics Support Department, urgently needs to design a set of scientific Performance Management system to solve the current problems, which, therefore, will provides a high-efficient logistics and improve the core competitiveness to finally achieve the strategic objective of the company.Meanwhile, this system can be the reference for other private medicine companies to design their own Performance management system for Logistic Support Department.In response to the problems mentioned above, this paper follows the principle of theory guide practice and Practice test theory and adopts the way like comparison, interview and examination to design a set of Performance management system for Logistic Support department in Zhitong Medicine Company. It tracks closely the implementation process and continually summarize, revise and improve to solve the existed problems in the Logistic Support Department.This paper mainly covers:To outline the relevant theories of the performance, performance appraisal, performance management and system design of performance management.To analyse in detail the current situation of Human Resource and performance management and the existed problems about performance management in Logistic Support Dept. in Zhitong Medicine Company.To elaborate the design idea, steps and structure of performance management system in Logistic Support Dept. in Zhitong Medicine Company.To design the performance target system by KPI in the level of company, department and staff for Zhitong Logistic Support Dept.To make the performance management plan by full communication; to control the process by command, execution, communication, supervision, restraint and guidance; to assess, evaluate, feedback and interview based on rewards and punishment, promotion incentives, training, adjustment and improvement to design an operation system of performance management for Logistic Dept in Zhitong Medichine Company.To design security system for Zhitong Logistic Support Dept in terms of organization, responsibility, system, staff participation and appeal of Performance management.
