Abstract


The family is the tiniest cell of the society, everyone’s firstenvironment and lifelong environment. the steady and harmony offamily are related to building the harmonious society and are the rootof modern socialist society’s steady development. However, Theexistence of domestic violence paints the inharmonic note in the socialatmosphere which is peace and harmony.The existence of domesticviolence which is a universal phenomenon, compared with the previous,shows a diversification trend. As the incidence of domestic violencewithin the family and away from the public eye, the conventionalnotion is that ’even an upright official finds it hard to settle a familyquarrel’. because of the notion of domestic violence within the family,it makes that the issue of domestic violence couldn’t get the attention itdeserves and to be solved. on the author’s opinion, domestic violence isa social pollution, definitely not a private matter. This article isintended to study on solving the problem of domestic violence withsocial worker to get involved. China should establish a perfect system,a sound legal system and rescue system to eliminate the phenomenonof domestic violence on the greatest degree.
