Abstract


With the rapid development of China 's socio-economic , non-profit project construction faster and faster, and the increasingly wide coverage . But traditional project economic analysis methods only consider the efficiency regardless of the fair , obviously the traditional economic analysis method is no longer applicable . This thesis focuses on the economic evaluation of the construction projects in Yantai the Fushan District Qinglongshan Culture Square , the rational allocation of resources nonprofit project economic evaluation in accordance with the principle parameters and state regulations shadow price adjustment inputs and outputs matter of public projects , from the overall national and regional interests and the needs of the community point of view , from the microscopic point of view , the financial evaluation of the project , including financial estimates of the project , project profitability analysis and financial benefit analysis ; analysis of the national economy from a macro perspective to the project to pay the consideration ( costs) as well as project their contribution to the national economy ( effect) , and then a comprehensive evaluation of the rationality and feasibility of the non-profit projects . The research method is mainly the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the economic evaluation of the project to take a combination of static analysis and dynamic analysis , macro analysis and micro - analysis to combine , and then a comprehensive evaluation of the rationality and feasibility of the non - profit project . Economic evaluation of research and explore Qinglongshan Cultural Square project , on the one hand , there is conducive to the society as a whole is correct , comprehensive understanding of the importance of nonprofit projects and project decisions , on the other hand can strengthen the investment decision-making and management of the project , short-term behavior , to improve the scientific and theoretical basis , will help to overcome the one-sided pursuit of the interests of the local economy from the global , long-term interests to consider reasonable arrangements for the investment of the non-profit project .
