Abstract


Civil property declaration system has been implemented in the United Kingdom and the United States. Germany, France, Japan and other countries developed countries for many years, to play not to be underestimated role in the promotion of clean government and efficient, so they declare the choice of the competent institutions in the civil service property, accumulated a wealth ofexperiences. Domestic civil servants and property declaration system still remains in the theoretical study and practical exploration stage, and the Who in charge of this key proposition, is the lack of systematic and comprehensive in-depth analysis of research and feasibility studies. This paper adopts the theoretical study, comparative studies, literature research method, research method, a new viewpoint on the basis of pre-occupy the rich perceptual information, logical analysis and normative analysis in theory and practice of community that idea by the procuratorial organs in charge of civil servants and property declaration systemh Chinese characteristics, the civil service property declaration system to add a path to choose, build for the future.
