Abstract


In recent years, along with our country government by law advancement’s unceasing development and the news media is enhancing their vitality, the news media on judicial supervision efforts are also increasing, while maintaining the judicial justice, to expose the corruption in the judiciary plays an increasingly important role in.But as the supervisong of news source of the freedom of the press is theextension of civil freedom of speech, because the value orientation, the pursuit of different interests,the news media and the judiciary between inevitably friction.Due to the lack of news supervision to regulate and constrain the news supervision laws and regulations, the anomie phenomenon occurred frequently, and the conflict is the fundamental cause for judicial independence.Two big legal system country standard news judicial supervision mode can be dividedd into three types, that is, things in the consttrain and supervision before afterwards relief,"contempt of court crime" and "contempt of court"applicable decline does not represent the news supervision over judicial above, bear the corresponding punishment, In order to realize the press supervision and judicial harmony, must insist to promote fair for the purpose, adhere to the authenticity, accuracy and integrity of the principle. Strengthening the legal theory research, defined media in the relationship status, rights and obligations, the establishment of China’s characteristics of the news supervision of infringement obstructed system to guarantee the realization of freedom of expression, while the reform of China’s judicial system, in draw lessons from foreign experience, combined with the reality of our country, the reform of the judicial system on the outside, reduce judicial dependence, enhance the judicial organ and its staff external interference resistant ability.
