Abstract


State "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" proposed in the energy-saving targets, in response to the national energy saving plan, all heating companies have around the study of heating network of energy-saving operation, and most of the establishment of a heating network monitoring system. However, because of their lack of regulation of heat network model, the effects of regulation are very poor. It is in this premise of this article under the regulation of how to optimize heating network in order to achieve better energy efficiency.In this paper, a city of the domestic energy-saving heating network against the backdrop of the implementation of the project, both at home and abroad in the full understanding of the status of regulation of heat supply network, as well as methods on the basis of the monitoring center in order to achieve unity by adjusting the balance control of heat supply network model, do the following research work:1. To adjust the heat exchange station effectively it is necessary to build the transfer function for the station. In this topic approximate module is built used some data collected in the local station and based on area method. So the station can be adjusted use PID controller. To assure the stability of the system’s response under the step-input the three parameters of PID controller must be optimized.2. Aftre made clear the way to regulate heating network in the process, established in the control model of heat exchange stations, in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation, to use PLC to write the procedures to complete the realization of the control system is necessary. It include the framework for monitoring system, regulate the balance of heating network and how to achieve energy-saving; In order to facilitate to govern the heat-supply network and strengthened the reliability of the control system heat-consuming programme is embeded in the PLCs. This part finished by two ways:one is used communicated with intelligent instrument based on modbus protocol and another is used mathematic interpolation based on two dimentional array of water enthalpy. The value computed by the back method compared to the authorized measuring instrument is much closed.
