Abstract


Involved in the response of the inspection network public opinion procuratorial organs attach great importance to a research topic. Procuratorial organs of the supervisory authority as the law of the country in a timely manner, handle the inspection-related network public opinion has a very important significance for the maintenance of social equity and justice. In this paper, the analysis of the status quo of China’s inspection-related network of public opinion and the prosecution response to the difficulties faced by the inspection network public opinion involved, and finally on the prosecution to respond to the inspection-related network public opinion to make a few suggestions and hope to give some help to the procuratorial organs of public opinion response.The first part of this paper is to introduce the current situation involving the inspection of network public opinion begins with a brief introduction to the meaning of inspection-related network public opinion, characteristics, classification and analysis of the current status quo of China involving inspection network public opinion, and then based on the study of20public opinion hot events; articles the second part of the inspection-related network of public opinion from the point of view of the Communication generation mechanism, and then through a relatively successful case analysis of the five stages of dissemination of inspection-related network of public opinion that is contradictory incubation period, previews of public opinion, public opinion gathering of rising public opinion, public opinion recession; the third part of the article through a procuratorial organs to meet the case of failure of network public opinion to analyze the procuratorial organs in response to public opinion in the presence of four aspects; fourth part of the article from three angles to procuratorial organs to respond to the plight of inspection-related network public opinion; fifth part of the article on the prosecution to respond to public opinion, according to the status of inspection-related network of public opinion, the analysis of the problem, the plight of a four-point proposal:to strengthen the organization and leadership, improve the mechanism set great importance to the building of grass-roots Procuratorate, strengthen the preparation and revision of emergency response plans, summary disposal repair work.
