Abstract

After agricultural society, industrial society, the development of science and technology, the lifestyle of people in modern society changes greatly. While the modern society sets up the dignity of people and brings the modern civilization to people, it also has brought people all kinds of temptation. Market economy provides space for personal desire, however, this desire is lack of effective guidance system, it became out of control and constantly impact people’s spiritual world. Some problems are happening that people have to pay attention to in reality, such as the lack of moral standard of behavior, full of material desires and moral deficiency. For example, Some people have fuzzy knowledge about the legal dignity in the thought level, they make dignity equal to face and vanity, pour all the energy to pursue luxury, flashy life. and some people make dignity equal to power and wealth equals, some people lose the dignity themselves and belittle their personality. Thus, how to build legal form of the dignity of people in the modern society? How to realize their dignity lives and search for life’s meaning and to make their happiness? All these questions need our thinking and researching.This thesis does some simple analysis about the formation of the modern society reasonable dignity and its production conditions based on Marxism historical materialism philosophy from the point view of the social philosophy. The goal is to provide some theoretical basis to realize the dignity of man modern society.The thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction. It summarizes the current research of the modern society reasonable dignity both at home and abroad and gives instructions for this research meaning, idea, innovation and limitations.The second part is the basic understanding of dignity, including its connotation, basic components and its generation root.The third part, in order to further understand the development of dignity form, this part analyzes the essence of western modernity and the modernity before society. And analyzes the dignity of history form of the modernity dignity and modernity before, points out that the differences between them and prepares for the fourth part. The fourth part, after the completion of the last part, this paper discusses the basic characteristics of dignity of modern people and challenges, constraint conditions.The fifth part, this part is the key point of the paper-basic components, basic attributes of reasonable dignity and evaluation standard for reasonable dignity in modern society. This part analysis modernity reasonable dignity based on the view of Marxist philosophy, from free-standing self-improvement orientation, the social responsibilities orientation, and free individuality and self-improvement orientation. At last, pointing out the characteristics of the legal form dignity modernity with the people oriented, Historical progress equivalence of the right and duty.The sixth part,chapter6is the last part of this paper and also is this paper’s another key, first, this part from the perfect individual security mechanisms, namely: psychological, drive force, ability mechanism are described in the dignity of the realization of the influence and function; Then discusses the legal form of modernity dignity generation also need economic, political, cultural and social system to make positive adjustment, and create fair, democratic and harmonious social environment in the social system level; Finally talks about modernity core of the dignity’s generation of legal form from the pursuit of private interests to social responsibility. Pursuit of dignity should not only satisfy the self interests but should have super utility and nobility. Only put pursuit personal interests into undertaking social responsibility actively, it just be better to achieve modernity dignity legal form and complete the change from the real to the ideal.
