Job satisfaction and life satisfaction were very important indicators of personal happiness. There have many variables can negative influence job satisfaction and life satisfaction. While, among of several antecedents, the most studied had considered on job demands. Job demands have both direct and indirect negative predictive effect on job satisfaction and life satisfaction. As the structure change of social, family and cultural, people will feel more work family conflict and it will happen more easily. Meanwhile, researchers always take it as a focus topic. Work-family conflict (WFC) is defined as "a form of inter-role conflict in which the role pressures from the work and family domains are mutually incompatible in some respects". The results of study about work family conflict showed that, the relation of job demands and job satisfaction was mediated by work family conflict, and also the relation of job demands and life satisfaction was mediated by work family conflict. An important construct that has emerged from the positive organizational behavior (POB) movement is psychological capital. Psychological capital (PsyCap) is defined as an individual’s positive psychological state of development. PsyCap is comprised of four constituent elements:(a) efficacy (having confidence to take on and put in the necessary effort to succeed at challenging tasks);(b) optimism (making a positive attribution about succeeding now and in the future);(c) hope (persevering toward goals and, when necessary, redirecting paths to goals in order to succeed); and (d) resiliency (when beset by problems and adversity, sustaining and bouncing back and even beyond to attain success). If we can prove the moderation effect of PsyCap on the relationships of job demands, work family conflict, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction, though the method of enhance PsyCap, can Weaken the job demands has the negative effects on job satisfaction, life satisfaction and work family conflict. In summary, the present study tested the mediating role of work-family conflict, as well as the moderating role of the psychological capital, on the relationships of job demands and job satisfaction/life satisfaction.In this study, used the method of Stratified Sampling, the staff of state-owned enterprises in china from Harbin, Shanghai, Taiyuan, and Lanzhou. The total of1,500questionnaires were issued, and1487were recovered (recovery was99.13%), and the1446questionnaires were efficiency. The EXCEL、SPSS、LISREL were used for analysis the data.By verifying the assumptions, the results of this study as follows:1. There are significant differences of work family conflict for State-owned enterprise employees in gender, age, marital status, and children status. But there not has significant differences of family to work conflict in marital status, and children status.2. There not existed significant differences of psychological capital for State-owned enterprise employees in gender, age, marital status, and children status. But the resiliency showed the significant differences in gender and age.3. Job demands had negative predictive effects on job satisfaction and life satisfaction.4. Work family conflict had negative predictive effects on job satisfaction and life satisfaction.5. Job demands had positive predictive effects on work family conflict.6. A model indicating that the relationships of job demands to life satisfaction and job satisfaction were mediated by work-family conflict, were tested by structural equation modeling. The results suggested that the effects of job demands on life satisfaction and job satisfaction were fully mediated by work-family conflict.7. The moderation of psychological capital, was tested by hierarchical regression analysis. The results suggested that psychological capital moderated the relationship between job demands and job satisfaction, also moderated the relationship between job demands and life satisfaction, but not moderated the relationship between job demands and work-family conflict.The above results prove the important meaning of work-family conflict and psychological capital on job satisfaction and life satisfaction. We should pay much attention on the questions of "How to reduce the work family conflict of state-owned enterprise employees" and of "How to improve the psychological capital of the state-owned enterprise workers". In this connection, the article also made several suggestions.
