Abstract


With the development of the education and the change in the education management system, county-level educational supervision work was pushed to a more important position. This article is a case study about A-county’s educational supervision a small county of Shandong Province and real and in-depth show the status of educational supervision at the county level daily work. This article also wants to analyze the existing problems, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.This study observes the work of the county educational supervision through field observation. The observations include:the daily work of the general staff of the educational supervision, steering behavior of the inspectorate and the day-to-day office behavior and so on. The author wants to learn record and show the working status of the actual situation on the educational supervision department at the county level, including organizational structure, working principles, task scheduling, as well as staff status. This study found that there are still problems in A-county’s education supervision through field observation and tracking research. For example:the relationship between government, the Department of Education and educational supervision department is not clear, Construction of the Steering team is not standardized and scientific and results of the Steering inefficient and idle, etc.Based on the field research, the author puts forward opinions and suggestions to work to refine and improve the educational supervision about A-county. He believes that the key lies in the improvement the scientific about A-county’s educational supervision. Specifically, include:To establish an educational supervision of the People’s Government in the A-county, selecting a group of supervisors who has high-quality, specification of educational supervision and work behavior, and also we should to steering results through adequate and reasonable manner.
