Abstract


The Hongnong Yang’s family is well-known during the Han Dynasty. The Yang’s family is a representative family that attains the social top on account of the Confucian achievement. The family who loves their country and study Confucian for generations, are bearers and practitioners of the orthodox Confucian spirits. The families also have excellent works.This paper investigates the literary and cultural situation of Yang’s family comprehensively. The first two Chapters: The paper reappears the Yang family’s history and the distinctive family tradition and family school , and the essence of the memorial to the throne of Yang’s family. In Han Dynasty, Confucian is popular. Yang’s family conform to this trend so that their family gain recognition of the royal. On the contrary, Yang Yun and Yang Xiu always contempt of royal so that they were attacked . their family decline.The last two Chapters: To study Yang Yun and Yang Xiu’s literature works. Yang Yun’s " the letter to Sun Huizong " expresses the extreme hate and provocation, and more Taoism factors. It shows the alienation between the Confucianism and Taoism, scholar and ruler. At the same time, it breaks though the previous tradition "Complaint but angry" in arts. Yang Xiu’s idea about the Fu position finishes liyan’s change from superabundance to predominance. It has great significance in literary history. Yang Xiu also got some achievements on his fu from content to arts.
