In this study, through the analysis and Discussion on the status of young teachers inhigh school the description of life, high school teachers, found the youth stage in terms ofindividual development, individual life and is also faced with many difficulties, and thesedifficulties have not caused enough attention and concern of the society. Research which isbased on Teachers’ age definition, research perspective transfer mode is clearly on thecurrent senior high school young teachers, in-service education and life issues such asoutlines and thinking, to further refine the hope that helps the teacher research and deepen.Based on the research method and angle, through qualitative research methods, withthe education narrative style, through the depth of tracking and understanding of L teacher,to explore the many practical problems faced by high school teachers in the work ofindividual education promotion, individual family life, will study the antenna to littleattention to post and duty field, which is more comprehensive, revealing a teacher’s reallife. The teacher as a "person " to the full range of contemplation, rather than as a "occupation " to repeat the analysisIn this paper, the research content, mainly consists of three parts. The first part, focuson practical difficulties facing a high school young teachers in-service educationpromotion, job of individual life being forgotten, to ignore the description; the second part,the focus of the show with the doings of the attitude of teachers in the reality of the plightof, about her efforts and struggle; the third part, mainly reflect the phenomenon from thetraditional concept of education idea, angle, and that the individual teacher’s educationafter lifting and individual life is not caused the people’s extensive concern, is restricted bythe concept and the idea, and not the teacher individual can change.
