Abstract


Human being create civilization in the embrace of nature, but the civilization depart human away from the nature. Perhaps human live in the environment which far away from nature too long,so they began to desire to return to nature after their mind and body stuck into a state of lazy for the convenience that the urban civilization bring. And they want to have dialogue with nature,originate human themself as a member of nature and present the essential ability of human. This is what the Chinese culture "nature and humanity" which is also indicates the spirit of conforming to,tao to and keep harmonious with nature. Mental and physical power is the basic requirement of modern people to the modern society. Simple and feasible,the orientation movement which includes the two aspects of features is cloth to mass,especially welcomed by teenagers.The target of the Quality Education is to promote the middle school students’ all-round development and make them to be inter-disciplinary talents who can be adapt to the requirements of social development. As the important part in Modernization Quality Education, the Physical Quality is also the essential content of Quality Education in students’ ideological and moral education,scientific and cultural education and physical education.And Directional Movement is happen to a composite emerging sports items that can promote the all-round development of students and the implementation of quality education.This paper use the method of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics, expert interview and other research methods to test and analysis the100meters of Orienteering impact on middle school students’ speed and Explosive Force of the Lower Limbs.Finally it got the following conclusion suggestions:The hundred meters of Orienteering can centainly promote thephysicalquality of middle school students,especially in speed and explosive power of lower limbs Among them, in terms of speed, we know that the male, female student’s average speed are improved by testing60meters,100meters twice, what’s more,boys are better than girls in improving the degree of speed; in the explosive power of lower limbs,we know that the male and female has significant difference on Explosive Force of the Lower Limbs before training by testing the standing long jump,continuous three consecutive leapfrog and vertical jump height twice. Therefore we suggest that school physical education should be popularized energetically and popularize the100meters of Orienteering, so that more students can participate in this sport, in order to promote the comprehensive quality of students.And the school should actively organize Orienteering teachers to carry out the directional movement by learning the related knowledge,opening up thinking,bold and innovative,hardworking,making full use of existing resources and equipment. And in the class and training,the teachers should pay attention to the safety of students.
