Abstract


Objective:Students’ physical condition has been more concerned about national issues, through the Tujia student body shape, functional status, physical aspects of the investigation and research to fill gaps in the local physical survey data, to enable students to recognize their physical condition, targeted of physical exercise, provide a reference for the implementation of physical education.Subjects and Methods:A literature, measurement, mathematical statistics, Badong County Willow pool for the2012-2013school year junior high school15years Tujia normal student ("normal" students is that students can engage in regular physical activity, healthy growth and development, no obvious physical defects were)117(male57, female60) physical fitness testing and analysis performed.Conclusions:1. Tujia boys below the national average height and weight, height and weight Tujia girls approaching the national average2. Tujia boys FVC levels close to the national average, Tujia girls is higher than the national average lung capacity, vital capacity Tujia overall level of students in the middle.3. Tujia boys and girls endurance quality, high sensitivity overall level of quality.Suggestions:1. Promote local sports teachers continue to collect local institutional student survey data;2. Timely feedback on student physical measurements, causing students to focus on their own health;3. Emphasis on physical development of school students, inherit and carry forward the local sports features, provide a reference implementation of physical education for the future.4. Local education departments of each school to establish a joint monitoring database physical fitness of students to understand the physical condition of local students, providing guidance for the implementation of physical education.
