Abstract


Extracurricular Track and Field Training is an important part of school sports. Put ExtracurricularTrack and Field Training into the track of school education as a primary part of the track and field trainingsystem has a very important significance in promoting the popularity of athletics and improving the levelof athletics. This will not only promote the all-round development of the students or help discover anddevelop sports talent, also can effectively implement the principles and policies of quality education andsports training. By literature analysis, questionnaire, logical analysis, interviews and MathematicalStatistics Law, this thesis research on the status of Zhumadian urban high school’s Extracurricular Trackand Field Training，and then analyze the problems of the Zhumadian urban high school athleticsextracurricular training, in order tomake recommendations. Conclusions are as follows:1、The overall level of Zhumadian urban athletes is not high. Contrast with Zhumadian richpopulation resources,the result is not satisfactory. It is restricted development of Zhumadian athletics.2、About1/3of Zhumadian urban school athletes for their own hobbies to participate in thetraining.Their training purpose have strong utilitarian, which may be a obstacle to progress.3、the overall level of the Zhumadian urban high school athletes’ cultural studies is general. They haveideological baggage of cultural lesson learning.there’s obvious contradiction between learning and training.4、The titles of Zhumadian urban high school track and field coaches is Generally not high enough andtheir capacity research is relatively weak. Zhumadian urban high school coaches have less opportunities forfurther education and training,this makes a lot of coaches have more difficult at improving the theoreticallevel.5、The Zhumadian urban athlete selection is relatively scientific.It is able to combine the experienceand results of tests, and this is a selection of scientific performance,also it is an improvement.6、Zhumadian’ urban high school athletics extracurricular training in the process of training athletesdid not form a comprehensive training and supervise system, nor to create a profile of athletes, there is abig problem in athlete management system. 7、The funds of Zhumadian most high school track and field training from a single source. sportsfacilities can not meet the training needs.
