Abstract


China, as a large agricultural country , the \However , the real problem is the land of our farmers , land as agricultural development in the most basic means of production , both farmers living safeguard the basic conditions but more to promote the harmonious development of the premise and foundation of social stability . Our people less arable land occupies less basic national conditions , we want to solve the problem of rural land with Chinese characteristics , it must take the road of modernization of agriculture , to perfect the current land system and land transfer market the mechanism to be optimized , to expand the scale of rural land circulation , accelerate rural land efficient , reasonable , and orderly flow . According to the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party , the Third Plenary Session of the spirit and the current status of the rural land transfer , from the origin of land transfer under the socialist system and institutional building , the analysis from the perspective of the socialist democracy and legal education some of the problems of rural land transfer process on rural land transfer process to carry out the great significance of the socialist democracy and legal education , and asked the author some Thoughts on how to improve the education of democracy and the legal system in China 's rural land transfer process .
