Abstract


Implementation of the distinction between public enforcement and private enforcement of antitrust law . Public execution occupy an important role in antitrust enforcement in all countries . Private enforcement has a different fate , noble status in some countries , while in some countries the status of bland . China 's \\AML delivered a 50 respondents . Potential from the point of view of the empirical analysis in response to the demand of practice , the article and hit the anti-monopoly law encountered ice with the plight of private enforcement in the judicial practice , based on China 's anti-monopoly law private perform specific systems to be constructed . Following this logic , this argument ideas : First, a review of private enforcement cases occur in a typical antitrust laws in Chengguan District of Lanzhou City , then coherence to the antitrust private enforcement cases in the country as a whole and make a common description ; Second a comparative analysis of the system of private enforcement of extraterritorial antitrust laws , learn and absorb I used some good specified ; then , the above mentioned cases the specific analysis and diagnosis of the urgent need to solve the problem ; Finally, the end-result on the anti-monopoly law private implementation of specific applicable system on top of the building , thus forming the case put forward - system analysis - case Study - Establishment - Case for \Addition, the force in solving judicial practice some prominent applicable the the only antitrust laws private , so the article outlines the implementation of the specific application of a basic path .
