Abstract


College counselor is the mentor and closed friends to college students. The college students’ ideological and moral construction is affected by the discretion of the college counselors team’s quality to a large extent. College counselor is responsible for students’ daily study, college life, psychology, employment and other aspects, that is a great challenge to college counselors’ ability. Now we are facing the important issue to further improve the level of scientific college counselor’work is that how to choose the college counselor of having both ability and political integrity, and motivate them to strengthen their own quality of construction.College counselors evaluation is the key to counselor team construction, which plays an important role on college counselors work standardization. After the universities evaluation, the feedback shows that problems focus on the constructing principle, dimension choice, etc, what’s more, it only looks at the college counselor’s work efficiency, but does not examine their theory quality and competence. It goes ill with college counselor long-term career plan. Above all, the college counselor assessment system can’t make incentive effect and contuse the work enthusiasm.In this paper, first, we point out the main problems of college counselor job evaluation. Then, based on college counselor’s routine affairs,insisting on fairness justice and openness, conductive, qualitative and quantitative,process and results, attach important to feedback.Third we use360-degree evaluation method to design the specific content of college counselor work evaluation. It is not only good for standardizing college counselor evaluation system, but also favorable for the counselor’s self-improvement and long-term career planning.
