Abstract


With increased university graduates year by year, they leaded to the increasingly seriousemployment situation, college students’ employment problem has become the focus of attention ofthe whole society. It is an important factor of college students’ successful employment whichinfluenced the sustainable development of Sustained economic development and social harmonyand stability.It is the key to the successful employment of college students’ with the ability of their own. Inorder to be fully improved the college students’ employment ability, we should analysis it fromstructure、shortage and contributing factor.In summary, the higher education system and social, personal influence factors such as theemployment of college graduates to ability. The society level include employment market structuralimbalance and the employing unit different levels of employment discrimination, etc.; Highereducation system level of higher education system including are not perfect, practice imperfectsystem, and the market demand for professional setting out, talent education mode single,employment guidance does not reach the designated position, ignoring the practice activities andindependent innovation ability training, etc.; The individual level mainly includes professionalskills shortage, the practical ability lacking, the career planning consciousness weak, adapt to thesocial ability is insufficient, outstanding moral quality, enterprise, ability is not lack, lack ofawareness of innovation. All three of the interaction of the college students’ employment abilityinadequacy, cannot be successful employment.As an university graduate, keep the good point of view,and deal with the social challengesactively; The employing unit and the employment market according to their own needs to acceptstudents; Reform of the higher education system, and market and international market, makecollege students’ employment ability get all-round improvement. Only in this way can we set thepower of the many, and to enhance the ability of college students’ employment, make its success injobs, ensure the sustained economic prosperity and social lasting harmony and stability.
