Abstract


In June 19, 1999, the Minister of education from 29 European countries signed the Bologna declaration, clearly put forward in 2010 established the European higher education area target. Ten years later, the first phase of the target has been completed, and with this event as a starting point of the Bologna process has not yet ended. In promoting the political, economic and educational powers, to launch the country as one of the Bologna process, Germany in the field of higher education reform carried out in-depth and extensive. Over time, this reform also gradually as a hot topic in various forms of discussion. The German higher education reform success or not, will be in Germany, even is the significant influence of the world. For a deeper understanding of the reform, the author in-depth understanding of the background and development of the Bologna process, learn the relevant policy documents the German higher education reform, the related data of German reformed graduates in the labor market are analyzed and compared. Although the reform has been the political, companies and educational organizations support the employment situation of graduates, the new system is still not ideal, especially university graduates. The author believes that from the labor market point of view, the reform of Higher Education under the Bologna process is a failure. According to the employment situation of University and college graduates, the author thinks that the reform of higher education in Germany should mainly develops in the school, should continue to traditional mode in university.
