Abstract


The purpose of diversification, the degree of differentiation, the results of generalized characteristics of graduate research work, so I decided difference of the graduate students in the field of scientific research work and professional researchers. How to improve graduate research capacity to enhance the literacy of graduate research, has become a domestic and international field of higher education issues of common concern. In the study of the problem, select the job satisfaction Starting Point for studying ways to enhance graduate research job satisfaction point of view, to explore to improve the management strategy for the research job satisfaction. In this paper, from an empirical survey, select the Northeastern University, the typical research university for the survey, describe and sum up the realities of Northeastern University graduate and research work satisfaction, in the analysis of job satisfaction or dissatisfaction with a sense of reason on the basis of explore how to upgrade from a management perspective of education university graduate students engaged in research work satisfaction, and then comprehensively improve the efficiency, effectiveness and utility of the postgraduate research work.In this study, motivation theory as the theoretical basis, the use of self "Northeastern University graduate research job satisfaction questionnaire" Northeastern University, different professions, different grades of469graduate students conducted a questionnaire survey, the survey found a Northeastern University graduate research work higher overall satisfaction, but the gender, grade, professional differences vary; from a specific dimension of view, graduate students are most satisfied instructors, followed by the working partners satisfaction, job satisfaction, working conditions, satisfaction and return satisfaction. In light of this, the paper proposed to enhance the Northeastern University graduate research job satisfaction management strategy are:strengthen the construction of hardware facilities, and promote the upgrading of software services; reasonable arrangements for the research content, perfect to set the research structure; further play a mentor role, and further cohesion team strength; to broaden the sources of funding to build a reasonable help system of allowances; management ideas and methods to establish "people-oriented" research culture.
