Abstract

Career planning is an analysis of personality characteristics of the individual,based on the analysis of subjective and objective conditions, give full consideration to the organizational and social characteristics, define the best career goals, and make a reasonable and effective occupation arrangement. In recent years,the phenomenon of difficult recruitment is extremely prominent,with the development of China’s economy and high demand for higher vocational students; The phenomenon of difficult employment has aroused society’s widespread concern,with the enlarging enrollment of higher vocational colleges. These problems have a great relationship with no scientific and reasonable career planning guidance for vocational college students.Carrying out career planning guidance in the students of advanced vocational colleges can help them to understand themselves correctly, to develop the right career aspirations, to promote high-quality employment; Also it is able to make them learn the modern enterprise’s outstanding corporate culture, corporate philosophy and essential professional quality. At the same time it can make the seamless connection of industry and the integration of school-enterprise culture come true by new ways of school-enterprise cooperation. What’s more, it is helpful to cultivate high-quality human resources for the enterprise and further narrowing the differences between the employment needs of businesses and the current situation of cultivating the human resources with achieving the maximum economy benefits of enterprise. Finally it is able to promote the quality of employment, to ease the pressure on employment and promote social stability and optimization of the structure of society’s human resources, save society’s human capital, lead to a win-win situation for businesses, schools, students and the community.By visiting vocational colleges, students and some representative enterprises in XiangTan city, considering the supply and demand of higher vocational students and vocational college students career planning guidance status quo investigation, I make the following conclusions:in higher vocational human resources supply and demand scale, the basic balance of corporate demand and supply of vocational colleges has came true; as to the professional quality of higher vocational students, the vocational graduates did not meet the requirements of the enterprises, mainly in aspects of professional ethics, teamwork spirit, ability to adapt, which became to a main contradiction in supply and demand of higher vocational students;As to the current situation of career planning guidance to the vocational high school students, the students’career planning awareness is indifferent, the guiding body is not perfect. The problem of lack of professional instructors, the guiding process is discontinuous, the content of it is not substantial. Finally, combining the characteristics of higher vocational education in China, the theory of career planning and personal reflection, it is important to carry out the ways and countermeasures to improve the level of vocational college students career planning guidance based on the perspective of enterprises,including government should to strengthen macro-policy guidance, enterprise should to play the positive initiative role, advanced vocational colleges should to reform the way of guidance.
