Abstract


Phone of universal coverage and the rapid development of the telecommunications industry has already changed the traditional human face the communication has been hailed as the \China failed to have a sound legal system and the system to be protected. The rapid development of the socialist market economy makes China's mobile phone market and telecom markets appear different from the other countries, there have been problems, which makes China's mobile phone consumer protection facing greater challenges. Based on this, I proceed from China's actual situation, phone consumer research is divided into consumers and mobile telecommunications services consumers two types of mobile phone products, a list of consumers of mobile phone products and mobile phone telecommunications service consumer rights and interests of the different forms of abuse, and reasons for the formation of a different angle of analysis. Learn from foreign advanced legislative experience on consumer protection and the regulation of the telecommunications industry, the relevant recommendations of the Consumer Rights Protection in China's mobile phone. The articles the framework is divided into six parts. The first part of the introduction of cell phones at home and abroad, while inevitably bring about a series of problems, the status quo is the most serious one mobile phone consumer rights have been infringed. Part V analyzes the current legislation on the protection of the mobile phone consumer interests, and the problems are summarized.
