Abstract


In recent years, the state has paid great attention to the \\In view of this , I tried to conduct a study on rural land contract and management rights transfer system . First introduced the concept and characteristics of the rural land contract and management rights , and then to expand to the rural land contract management rights transfer , and then introduce the necessity of rural land contract management rights transfer ; raised in rural land contract management rights transfer in China problems, not only the institutional level practice , then address these issues and make recommendations accordingly and improved measures .
