Abstract

This paper based on the university students’ leisure sports participation in anhui province present situation of research will interview method and questionnaire survey method, from the perspective of participating in leisure sports of anhui province undergraduates’ physical health work in the investigation. And from personal, school of anhui province undergraduates’ leisure sports of the present situation and influence factors are analyzed and countermeasures are given. Hope that the research in this paper can cause some scholar of anhui province undergraduates’ leisure sports to the attention of the work for the future more deeply into the specific research to provide the reference.At present, the domestic and overseas scholars to leisure sports research, but about guidance university students’ leisure sports almost no research. Understand the present situation of anhui province undergraduates’ leisure sports, and the main influence factors, pointed out the reasonable solutions, to be able to college students’ leisure sports a substantial help work. This article is in the literature survey and questionnaire survey, and interview method, on the basis of anhui province undergraduates’ participation in leisure sports status and influence factors of the study to play a transfer of anhui province undergraduates’ sports interests and development of the values of the lifelong sports role. The results of this study are:(1) in plenty of spare time in the time of anhui province undergraduates’ select the most often participate in the activities of the Internet, read books more, and choose the less sports.(2) a week of anhui province undergraduates’ participation in leisure sports basic present situation is good, but worthy of our attention is choice last for long for the number of leisure sports exercise or very few, not the number of regular sports partial.(3) the students’ choice of leisure activities project, the boy like a confrontational strong, athletic intensity big project, and the girl like antagonistically weak, athletic intensity appropriate project, men and women living chosen sport has difference.(4) because men and women living different personalities and characteristics, the boy leisure sports consciousness and number of exercise generally better than girls.(5) college students in most like physical exercises, college students for the pursuit of interpersonal communication and social phenomenon of more apparent.(6) college students generally reflected the lack of sports playgrounds and facilities directly affect leisure sports.
