Abstract


Dyslipidemia in the elderly as the research object, Experiment to study theregulation of exercise intervention program on dyslipidemia.the exercise interventionprogram on blood lipids abnormal regulatory role, trying to find an effective lipidappropriate exercise，appropriate exercise intensity, exercise duration and frequency.Studies have shown that：Go to run the movement, movement of Taijiquan is aneffective prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia forms of exercise, exercisefrequency of at least1a day,4times a week.On the effective time of30min to60minof exercise intensity to low intensity appropriate. Taijiquan exercise has a soft， slowmotion characteristics, suitable for the elderly people promotion. In the blood fat andimproving benefits at the same time, heart and lung function has been enhanced，effectively prevent a series of cardiovascular disease. Of this research project hopes toprovide some help for the elderly fitness research，provide a scientific basis for theconstruction of the health of the elderly public service system, medical institutionprevention and treatment of dyslipidemia to provide reference for the elderly and oldand healthy, old and happy to make contributions.
