Abstract


NGO participation in social governance laid the theoretical basis of the scientific and technological societies involved in the supply of public services in rural areas and practice conditions ; proposed construction of a new rural development strategy , the integration of urban and rural advancing technology association involved in the supply of public services in rural areas provide opportunities for the times ; current supply of public services in rural areas is a serious shortage of state long-term practical needs of scientific and technological societies involved in the supply of public services in rural areas .
