Abstract


Chinese Communist Party Plenum clearly a major historic task of building a new socialist countryside , new rural construction is to implement the scientific concept of development, the objective requirements of building a socialist harmonious society . The same time , the new rural construction is also in the new period in order to further strengthen the \The objective requirements of the construction and development of the new rural corresponding organizations carrier to undertake the specific task of building the village-level organizations will undoubtedly become the core of the new rural construction , village-level organizations generally by the party organizations , villagers ' self-government organizations (village ) , and ties and bridges of the the agricultural specialized cooperative economic organizations represented by organization composed of three organizations linked to the villagers and the party and government departments , farmers and market , to promote the development of rural career , plays a guiding catalytic role . Investigated by the Review and current status of the historical development of the construction of village-level organizations , systematic analysis of the achievements and the problems in the current construction of village-level organizations , and drawing on the basis of previous studies and to fully learn the construction of village-level organizations innovations , for the goal of building new countryside , some constructive countermeasures , in order to strengthen the construction of village-level organizations in the new rural construction , accelerate the pace of new rural construction . The article is divided into four parts : the first part : to explore the meaning of village-level organizations and their role in the building of a new socialist countryside . Part II: combing the course of development after the founding of village-level organizations , combined case analysis of the development status of the construction of village-level organizations , and the achievements of the construction of China 's system of village-level organizations from the system itself , summed up the reform and opening up thirty years experience in the construction and development of rural village-level organizations , to provide experience for the solution of the current village and construction problems . Part III: analysis of the problems and causes of village-level organizations ( three village-level organizations ) construction in the building of a new socialist countryside . Part IV: Countermeasures build new socialist countryside construction of rural village-level organizations , problems of construction of village-level organizations , and proposed the corresponding countermeasures .
