Abstract


The scientific concept of development as the latest achievements of Marxism in China , is the correct practice of the parties in the current and future scientific methodology and guiding ideology . The new changes , new features for the work of the Communist Youth League , must work comprehensively carry out and implement the scientific concept of development , to further strengthen and improve the current Communist Youth League . In this paper, the scientific development concept to guide the Communist Youth League as the starting point the CYL work of Nanjing Xiaozhuang College as a case study .
