Abstract


Since the 1990s, along with the mature and widely used of the Internet, the worldwide trend of transformation from an industrial society to information society, human society into the information network era. Network technology widely penetrated into every corner of society and the field, a profound impact on people's work, life and way of thinking. Since April 20, 1994 Internet official visit in China, has indisputably become the following newspapers, radio, TV, after the \society. The significance of the Internet in China has not only stay in the level of communication tools and access to information the way, but has become a way of life of the modern Chinese people. The seventh session of the Party Central Committee clearly requires a really good grasp of Marxist learning party building as an important and urgent strategic task. Building a learning party to build a Marxist party committed to learning basic engineering. In February 2010, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee issued the \\Build a Marxist learning party, the Marxist theory of party building and the characteristics of the times and the specific situation in China combined product is a significant contribution to Chinese Marxist theory of party building. In recent years, linked to the Internet, mobile phones and other emerging media and party building has become an important trend in party building theorists and party workers. I believe that a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth research-based learning party building under the network environment, has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper aims to study Marxist learning party building under the network environment. The text is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. The second part discusses the opportunities facing learning party building under the network environment. The third section explores the learning party building in the network environment to face the challenges. Part IV describes the learning party building under the network environment Countermeasures. Finally, is the conclusion. Learning-oriented party building research of Marxism in the network environment, is a new and ambitious task. Both experts and scholars and party workers are a valuable exploration of related issues, and has achieved initial results. The future, both in theory retreats or in practice pragmatic Marxist learning party building under the network environment need to be further promoted.
