Abstract


Japanese new conservatism’s foreign policy is the basic assertion about Japanese foreign policy. As Japanese new conservatism becomes the mainstream political thought in Japanese political circles, Japanese new conservatism’s foreign policy also becomes the basic strategy of Japanese government. Japanese new conservatism’s foreign policy with great power and nationalism which sticks to political and military power’s target, Japan-US alliance, and the two sides of the policy about China. It not only raises its guard and holds back China, but also contacts with China for the reason of Japanese national benefits. Japanese new conservatism’s foreign policy has the negative impaction on China-Japan political relations such as political communication, the salvation about political problem, political mutual confident foundation, political struggles and strategies to combat about China-Japan, political friction and conflicts, the development of China and Japan political relations in the future. But Japanese new conservatism’s foreign policy doesn’t make the rupture of China-Japan political relation. Japanese new conservatism’s foreign policy have an attitude of prudent and restraint about the political China-Japan relation. So, China must understand Japanese new conservatism’s foreign policy dialectically and develop the political China-Japan relation on the basis of Chinese nation’s benefit.
