Abstract


With the development of telecommunication industry, the requests of user are increasing. Telecommunication network management system is becoming an important role in the maintenance process. More sites need to be managed, we need to put forward higher requirements. In the other hand, the period of telecom providers developed with high speed is over. Competition in telecom provider is more intense. In order to get more market, they need to look up on service. As telecom equipment provider, how to provide a better service for telecom provider is the key to develop.Therefore, this thesis focuses on trouble disposal flow which is the most important point that telecom providers concern. Combining with telecom network management system, based on internal and overseas information, this thesis reviews and analyzes the present situation of trouble disposal, and expounds the necessity of reform about present maintenance model.Secondly, on the basis of project management and flow improvement theory, this thesis finds out the new model about team construction and the key process of trouble disposal flow, and analyzes the state of flow. In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost, this thesis redesigns the key process, and put forward the strategy operating process of trouble disposal flow.Then, on the basis of network planning technique and resource balance technology, this thesis makes human resource balance.Finally, on the basis of schedule management theory, this thesis analyzes the process of trouble disposal flow, and points out how to monitor the process of project.This thesis is based on the background of telecommunication project, it analyzes to the telecommunication network project management, and puts forward the methods and ways that fit the telecommunication project management. There is some significance for solving the project management problem, and this research has reference value for the business process reform and organization reform of trouble disposal flow.
