Abstract


With the implementation of China's \recognized by the people. In accordance with the theoretical model of the process of physical exercise and mental pressure, social support and self-esteem are the pressure on resources in the social resources and psychological resources, and physical exercise is the same as a pressure on resources, in the consider physical exercise psychological pressure effect, but also consider the impact of social support and self-esteem of psychological pressure. The study randomly selected 430 Xi'an middle-aged man as a sample, aged 45-59 years, excluding the recently suffered a major family emergencies middle-aged subjects and occasionally participate in physical activity in middle-aged people is the last remaining 323 Name participants (including the 122 workout crowd and 101 non-exercise crowd) as the object of this study. Part of the city middle-aged Interview Survey based on the implementation of a questionnaire completed by the detection of the main trial, physical exercise, perceived stress, coping styles and demographic characteristics of the survey. Questionnaires all the data into the computer, using SPSS17.0 for Windows statistical software related statistics t-test, correlation test and regression analysis and processing. The study's major findings: 1. Exercise of urban middle-aged populations and non-exercisers the crowd perceived stress independent samples t test. The results show that the urban middle-aged crowd exercise and non-exercise crowd perceived stress there are some differences, exercise groups showed low pressure and respond in a positive, non-exercise crowd opposite result. Exercise of urban middle-aged crowd exercise scores with pressure the perception points and coping style bivariate correlation analysis, the results show crowd exercise workout scores and perceived stress and coping there is a certain correlation between high scores, exercise, low perceived stress and actively respond to the high scores. (3) In order to eliminate the impact of demographic variables, the data differences, the urban middle-aged exercise crowd demographic variables (including gender, married or unmarried, age, income, health status) as the first of the hierarchical regression layer, perceived stress scores as the dependent variable, physical exercise, social support and self-esteem as the independent variable regression analysis. The results showed that physical exercise, self-esteem is the main variables affect the perceived stress scores from the standardized regression coefficients can be concluded that physical activity scores and self-esteem higher the score, the lower the perceived stress scores, as an example of physical exercise can affect the middle-aged of perceived stress. (4) the conclusions and recommendations of this study: psychological pressure in urban middle-aged crowd gathered, individuals in these populations due to different physical exercise, physical exercise participation in activities in the 45-59 year-old age group is useful benefits. Urban middle-aged people should actively participate in physical exercise, and physical exercise activities should persevere; urban middle-aged man how long each exercise, exercise several times a week, what time of day exercise can have the physical and mental health, and how maintain long-term unremitting exercise are worth thinking about.
