Abstract


Stay rural labor force is a major force in the development of modern agriculture, building a new countryside. Adjust the structure of agricultural production, changes in agricultural development is of great significance to improve the level of education of rural left-behind labor and the ability to work. Education as an important human capital accumulation of the ways and the way of the development of human resources and links, and to play an important role in the rural areas left behind labor nurture. Currently, there is a great difference between the rural stay educated labor demand and supply, The effective educational needs of rural left-behind labor can not get left behind in rural labor met, government, corporate, and social education that they can not accept. The contradiction between demand and supply has become a major obstacle to promote the training of new farmers, promote human resource development in rural areas. This requires that we conduct in-depth research on the educational needs of the rural left-behind labor, improve left behind in rural labor education relevance and validity, scientific and orderly. In this paper, a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical investigation, the typical rural Shaanxi unit, focuses on four issues from the perspective of the economics of education, sociology of education and educational psychology. First, from multiple theoretical perspectives on the educational needs of the rural left-behind labor; survey analysis Shaanxi rural areas left behind labor situation and the main features of; rural Shaanxi stay educated labor demand characteristics; Shaanxi rural areas left behind labor educational needs of influencing factors. Finally, based on the contradiction between supply and demand analysis, Shaanxi left behind in rural labor education development strategy. This paper has three features: multiple theoretical perspectives from sociology of education, economics of education and educational psychology, analysis and interpretation of the the of Shaanxi rural stay educated labor demand social mechanism, economic motivation and value orientation. Use empirical research methods, educational needs through three typical villages in rural areas left behind labor studies, analysis of the main features of the Shaanxi stay rural labor force, the basic educational needs of the situation and the impact of factors. Third, based on the special situation in the province of Shaanxi Province, the agricultural situation and the social conditions under the current rural Shaanxi stay labor education supply and demand analysis, explored a stay rural workforce education development strategy of Shaanxi Province. At the same time, influenced by a variety of reasons, there are still many problems and deficiencies in the educational needs of the Shaanxi rural areas left behind labor, pending further explored.
