Abstract


SMEs are an important part of China's economic development , but comparison with large enterprises , they are in the education and training of workers , there are many problems , the need to establish a management system for employee education and training , and to rapidly improve employees overall quality and business skills , play to their potential , improve performance . Many SME managers tend to attach importance to the economic benefits , to the neglect of investment in the education and training of workers , resulting in a serious waste of raw materials in the production process , a direct impact on the improvement of the economic efficiency of enterprises . For this reason , I am through staff education status quo of the domestic part of the SME research to understand the reason behind its employee education and training and more difficult to carry out education and training where , proposed the establishment of education and training system and the realization of the idea of education and training institutions across the enterprise in the SME and empirical studies conducted in Zhejiang on peak cement companies and other enterprises , and achieved good results , has played the role of a demonstration . In the education and training of SME workers theoretical and practical research on the basis of the SME employee education and training should be divided into three levels : the upper, middle and grassroots , different levels take different training methods . Proposed accompanying education and training management system : the establishment of training institutions , functions , implementation requirements , the management system and operation mechanism . Proposed investment in education and training and the good relations of production performance cycle assessment system to establish the mode of education and training for SMEs , the formation of an operational assessment methods , and assessment of the effectiveness of various types of employee education and training for SMEs , in order to determine the is successful. Study of the SME employee education and training management model , there is a certain nature , of great practical significance and promote the value of mastering new technologies to improve the competitiveness of SMEs , to adapt to changes in the market , will have an immeasurable effect .
